Resources

Embedding a resource means that the content is visible in the description. It is not copied into the description. As soon as the embedded resource is changed all places where it is embedded will see the new content. The following resources are available to embed into a description text:

• Images
• Descriptions (Arbitrary description)
• Descriptions Templates

1. Click the Image button on the toolbar. The Embed Resource dialog window will appear.
2. Select the Select Image tab.
3. Select an image:
   1. Select an image in the current workspace by selecting an item on the left tree.
   2. Change the workspace by pressing the … button and selecting a workspace and an image.
4. Change the link name in the Name text field.
5. Change alignment with the Text Flow radio buttons: None, Left, and Right.
6. Click OK and an image will be inserted into the text.

1. Click the Image button on the toolbar. The Embed Resource dialog window will appear.
2. Select the Upload Image tab.
3. Select an image filename with the file browser file dialog. A preview of the selected image is displayed.
4. Click OK and an image will be uploaded to Stages and can now be selected in the Selected Image tab.
