Assign roles

Assigning roles is important in a process for back-checking and viewing individual responsibilities. It is used in project- or program-specific processes, not for the metamodel.

To assign a role to a user:

1. Go to the specific role in the workspace
2. Click the three dots on the top-right
3. Click 'Add'
4. Type the user in the text box and click who you want to assign

All assigned roles are visible on the user's profile.
