Assigning roles is important in a process for back-checking and responsibilities. It is used in project- or program-specific processes, not for the metamodel.

To assign a role to a user:

1. Go to the specific role in the workspace
2. Click the three dots on the top-right
3. Click “Add”
4. Type in the user and click which user you want to assign

On the user's profile all of the different roles they are assigned will display.
