Diagnose Problems
To diagnose problems, a diagnostic report is sent to the Method Park Customer Care team for further processing of the problem.
How to:
On the Administration tab, scroll down to 'Further Information' for the diagnostic report. From here, click 'Runtime Information.' Once this document downloads, send it to the Method Park Customer Care team - linked above. The team will diagnose the problem and return your email as soon as possible.
