Diagnose Problems

To diagnose problems, a diagnostic report is sent to the Method Park Customer Care team for further processing of the problem.

How to:

On the Administration tab, scroll down to 'Further Information' for the diagnostic report. From here, click 'Runtime Information.' A PKS file is downloaded, which has all of the diagnostic information encrypted and only the Customer Care team can decrypt it. Once this document downloads, send it to the Method Park Customer Care team - linked above. The team will diagnose the problem and return your email as soon as possible.
