Host Sections

For each Subversion server that shall be accessed by Stages a cms-host section must be defined under the cmssection in PkitConfig.xml. You have to provide values for the attribute ident and name.

• As ident you have to specify either the same value as for host name or another unique identifier string. CMS profiles will later reference this ident. So you should not change it or remove it unintentionally when you already created CMS profiles for this host.
• The name must be the host of the Subversion server. Please note that the URL must only contain the protocol, the server's host name, and optionally a port number. Examples:https:////cms.example.net, http://cms.example.net:8080
• The displayName is optional. With this attribute you can influence the Subversion server name that is displayed in Stages CMS profiles.
