A Process is a collection of workflows, activities, work products, roles, phases, milestones, guidance, practices, and other elements that are defined in the process Metamodel.

As this terminology can be customized, each Stages installation might use slightly different process elements.

Processes can only reside within a Workspace. Within a workspace, a process can have multiple versions (see valid version and working version).
