A predefined process in zip file format can be imported into Stages using the Import feature.

1. Create the workspace where the process has to be imported.
2. Next navigate to the Process tab in that workspace and select the Import function.

3. Then browse to the zip file and start the importing the Process from the zip file. It will take a few minutes for the upload to be complete.

4. Once the process has been imported successfully, it will be displayed as Done. It will also show warnings which can be reviewed right away by clicking on warnings or summary. To view the warnings later, navigate to Management > Process Version and click on the warning symbol.

5. It is recommended to create a baseline by creating a process version before beginning any modeling on this process.
