Stages provides a list of standard reports. Reports that analyze process content are optimized for the Unified Configuration Metamodel. If adoptions are required for your customized metamodel and content, please contact your product consultant.

This report generates an Excel matrix that lists all associations for the selected element type.

Purpose: Overview of the total process. It can be used to verify all associations.

Analysis of added comments for the current workspace and its sub-workspaces. It analyses the current process version of the user.

Purpose: Analysis of user or reviewer feedback on the process.

This report has to be executed from a reference-model workspace!

The report provides an overview of mappings and coverage across all workspaces. Compliance scopes and Valid/Working versions can be selected. The report shows both the coverage and the number of mappings for a particular standard requirement; therefore, it is also helpful to detect mappings that have been created but not rated for a specific coverage yet.

Purpose: Overview of all mappings and coverage across all workspaces where a reference model has been mapped.

This report generates compliance mapping information for all the elements in the current version, against the selected compliance scopes.

Purpose: Finding gaps between the process and the reference model, but also providing an overview of the whole compliance mapping.

This report lists all guidance elements in the selected version for the current workspace. If a guidance element has a link to external guidance, the download link is also provided. You have the option to generate the list only for specific guidance types.

Purpose: Overview of all available guidance without navigating through the process.

This report provides the count of licenses actively used for the specified range.

Purpose: Overview of whether bought licenses comply with the usage of Stages or not.

This report lists all local or overlayed elements, as well as locally created associations for the working version of the workspace.

Purpose: Check if local adoptions were done in an integrated workspace.

This report gives the overall statistics on the number of changed elements for the current workspace and its sub-workspaces.

Purpose: Overview for the Process Architect in which modeling workspaces process changes were made.

This report analyzes which process modules are imported in the current workspace or where the current workspace is imported as a module. It provides the name and version of the imported/importing processes up to 4 levels in the import-hierarchy.

Purpose: Overview for the Process Architect which modules are integrated and about newly released process versions that can be updated.

This report generates data for a project plan export from the current version of the workspace. It lists all the activities of the selected processes and the related information such as predecessor of the activity, its level in the process hierarchy, duration, responsible and supporting roles, and its inputs and outputs.

This report computes a table to summarize who is responsible for what Work Product and how. All Work Products of a workspace are listed in the rows; the Roles are listed in the columns. In the table cells, the letters R, A, S, I, C indicate the responsibilities (see RASIC scheme) the Role - indirectly - has for the Work Product. “Indirectly” means the responsibility is derived from the Activity where the Work Product is an output. Multiple letters in one cell indicate that the Work Product is an output of several Activities for which the Role has different responsibilities.
